Our Professional Staff
Bruce W. Gallup, P.E., L.S., joined the firm in 1978. Until that time, survey work had accounted for the majority of our firms services. He expanded the business by providing civil engineering services to the private development sector.
Gail L. Odom joined the firm in 1978. Her specialization in the research of titles, plats and deeds has made our firm a household name to many city departments, attorneys, title agencies, architects, and homeowners.
David R. Butler, P.E. joined the firm in 1989. His expertise includes hydraulic and hydrological design, utility and storm sewer design, waterfront design and permitting, client representation at public hearings, construction management and cost analysis.
